Light venue, with lovely pool and perfect location away from the noise downtown.

The venue is brilliant, food is reasonably priced, perfect location close to subway.

Everything was excellent, loved our very comfortable stay.

It was a good experience, I appreciated location and staff.

Breakfast was freshly cooked, staff was courteous, place was spotless. There was a relaxing bar with good service. It was short walk to - abiut 30 minutes walk from Vasco viejo and the center, magnificent location overall. Also, I enjoyed how excellent the location was.

I had a fab stay. Authentic accommodation, positive staff, best possible location close to a metro stop. The views were particularly good.

Shame the bathroom was very dirty.

The hotel was spotless and the staff and rooms were GOOD. This ancient property offered us incredible views and scenery. The area was superb. And it was nearby a metro station.

Romantic rooms and a tasteful breakfast, easy base for visiting Bilbao. I loved the room, the bed was great. Panoramic views in a fab location. The restaurant was good, and staff professional.

Sublime place, fine beds, absolutely perfect staff. Hotel was fairly clean and we had a fine room. We really enjoyed the good pool. Besides, parking was available outside. The location was perfectly comfortable, relatively close to a hillside park.

We liked our stay in this contemporary hotel with the efficient staff. The superior double room was good sized and very clean.

The place was superior, we really loved it. Our superior queen room had a heating system, an electronic key card and a work desk. Reception staff made us feel welcome. A 15-minute walk will take you to La Karmela, where you can eat.

The hotel was set only 1 km to Parque Etxebarria. Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Choosing for lunch Bar Fermin, which is situated 600 metres away was a good idea. Begona district was worth staying in: )
